What happens to each product
What changes for each Mantle product, and how to move off it. Open the one you use below.
Most products stop on August 14, 2026. If you use Mantle Billing, billing runs until September 30, 2026, and your whole account stays up until then.
- Analytics: your dashboards switch off, but the data behind them is yours to export.
- Affiliates: move your program to another platform and run a final payout before the cutoff.
- Usage events: redirect new events to another tool and export your history.
- Flows: rebuild the automations you rely on elsewhere before they stop.
- Email: move to another email platform and export your contacts and send history.
- Helpdesk: move to another helpdesk and pull your ticket history through the API.
- Billing: move off Mantle Billing by September 30, 2026.
