Mantle Email stops sending on August 14, 2026.
Move to another email platform (Customer.io, Klaviyo, Loops, Resend, or similar). Before then:
- Export your contacts. In the Contacts section, hit Export. You'll get a CSV emailed to you with each contact's name, email, phone, address, tags, and the customer/shop they're tied to. Filter the list first if you only want part of it.
- Heads up on opt-outs. The contacts export doesn't include who's unsubscribed, and there's no export for that suppression list, so it won't come with you. Factor that in for your new platform.
- Export your send history. From the Emails section, run the export for a CSV of what you've sent, also emailed to you.
- Recreate your templates. There's no bulk template export, so open each email or template in Mantle and copy its content (or HTML) to rebuild it in your new tool.
- Rebuild your segments in the new tool. Mantle audiences are saved filters, not static lists, so they don't come out as a file.
- Re-verify your sending domain on the new platform (you'll add fresh DNS records there).
