When exactly does Mantle stop working?
If you use Mantle Billing, your products keep working until September 30, 2026. If you only use our other products (analytics, affiliates, usage events, and so on) and not Mantle Billing, your products keep working until August 14, 2026. We'll send reminders beforehand.
Will I keep getting charged by Mantle until then?
Your subscription bills on its normal cycle until you cancel or reach your end date. If you cancel, your card stops being charged and you keep access through the end of your current billing period.
What about SASI and App Store analytics?
These are winding down too. For App Store data going forward, you can use App Store Pulse instead: https://www.appstorepulse.com
Can I get a refund?
If you cancel the usual way (Settings → Billing → Cancel subscription), you keep access until the end of your current billing period, so there's nothing to refund. If you'd rather stop right away, cancel and then email [email protected]. We'll see what we can do about refunding the rest of your billing period. Just know that going this route means your access ends right away.
