Helpdesk
Mantle Helpdesk stops on August 14, 2026.
Move your support to another helpdesk (Gorgias, Zendesk, Intercom, Help Scout, or similar). Before then:
- Re-route your channels to the new platform, your support email, chat widget, and any Slack connections.
- Pull your ticket history from the Core API. Your tickets, full message threads, and saved replies all come out through the API. Start with List all tickets and List messages for a ticket. There's no CSV export, but most platforms you'd move to can import it through their API.
- Move your help center and docs. If your help center or docs site is hosted on Mantle, it goes offline on August 14, 2026, along with any custom domain pointed at it. Your content is easy to take with you: docs sync two-way with GitHub, so if you're already synced you have everything, and if not, connect a repo and sync your content out. Rebuild it on your new helpdesk's knowledge base (or any docs host) and repoint your domain so existing links keep landing somewhere.
- Export your contacts from the Contacts section if you haven't already (CSV, emailed to you).
