Affiliates
If you run an affiliate program through Mantle, you can move it to another affiliate platform like Shoffi: https://shoffi.app/
- Set up your new tool and migrate before August 14, 2026.
- Export your data first. It comes out as a few separate CSVs, each emailed to you:
- Affiliates: in the Affiliates section, hit Export and choose "one row per affiliate."
- Referrals: same Export, choose "one row per customer for each affiliate."
- Payouts: export separately from the Payouts area.
If you pay affiliates through Mantle, wind payouts down in this order:
- Move your affiliates to the new platform first, so new referrals track and pay out there.
- Turn off auto payouts in Mantle once you've cut over.
- Run one last payout before August 14, 2026 to clear any pending commissions. After that date there's no way to pay anyone through Mantle.
- Re-create any ongoing deals (lifetime or multi-month commissions) on the new platform; the referrals export shows which customers belong to which affiliate.
