Customer tracking

Mantle automatically monitors your customers throughout their journey with your app. By tracking key status changes and interactions, you can quickly identify which customers need attention and where growth opportunities exist.

Understanding these customer statuses is fundamental to effective segmentation and targeted communication. You'll be able to create powerful filtering rules based on where customers are in their lifecycle, allowing you to deliver exactly the right message at the right time.

Exporting customer data

You can export your customer data to a CSV file from the Customers list. Click the Export button to open the export modal, choose your options, and we'll email you a download link when the file is ready.

Export formats

If you have multiple apps, you can choose between two formats:

  • One row per customer: Each customer appears once with their aggregated data across all apps.

  • One row per app installation: Each customer appears once for each app they have installed, with app-specific details like plan, subscription status, and review data.

You can also choose to include:
