The Reviews report gives you a comprehensive view of your App Store feedback through two key visualizations: review volume trends and sentiment analysis. This helps you understand not just how many reviews you’re getting, but how customers feel about different aspects of your app.

Reviews sync automatically from your App Store listing, and the report provides insights into both the quantity and quality of your feedback over time.

Understanding your review trends

The Reviews added chart shows you the volume of reviews received over time, along with the average rating for each period. This dual view helps you track both how many reviews you’re getting and how satisfied customers are with your app.

Key insights you can gain:

  • Identify periods of high or low review activity

  • Spot trends in customer satisfaction over time

  • Understand how your average rating fluctuates

Analyzing sentiment patterns

The sentiment chart (when available) breaks down your reviews by positive, negative, and neutral sentiment over time. You can filter this analysis by different aspects of your app:
